Terms governing access to and use of Srvwire Property Protection digital portals.

Access to customer, staff, and supplier portals hosted at app.swpp.ltd is provided for authorised users of Srvwire Property Protection LTD only.

Acceptable use

Users must keep login credentials confidential, access only information they are authorised to view, and report suspected security incidents promptly.

Availability

We aim to keep portals available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows may occur without prior notice in urgent cases.
